Community Event - Cobourg/Port Hope - Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy - Virtual
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a program especially useful in managing difficult, persistent emotions. MBCT combines the ideas of cognitive behavioral therapy with meditative practices and attitudes based on the cultivation of mindfulness.
