Community Event - Niagara - Surviving the Holidays with Online Seminar
It hurts to lose someone. GriefShare- Surviving the Holidays is for people grieving the death of a family member or friend.
When you are grieving a loved one’s death, the holiday season can be especially painful.
Bittersweet memories. Loss of traditions. An empty seat at the table. The holiday season can trigger sadness and despair for people grieving a loss. Join us for a 1.5 hour online event called Surviving the Holidays where we talk about how to deal with grief around the holiday season, how to prepare for the holidays, and even discover hope for the future.
This year, our seminar will be hosted online on Thursday, December 10th from 6:30pm-8pm. Sign up, either by filling out the information on our website (www.niagaralifecentre.ca) , or by calling the office at 905-934-0021.
