A free online yoga class for new parents. We are all parents so if you need to feed your baby or change a diaper, no one will be bothered! The class is offered via Zoom so you will need a device with a camera and a microphone.

Do you want to try yoga but you have mobility and/or joint issues? Then try Chair Yoga! The whole class will be done in seated, but you will still get a good stretch and a workout.The class is run via Zoom so you will need a device with a camera and a microphone. Please register in advance.
