Join us on February 22 2025 as we walk in support of youth served by Bridging the Gap.
Bridging the Gap is a program for Halton based youth aged 16 - 24 who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. While in the program participants gain the support they need to become independent; they aim to find secure living arrangements and complete their education or pursue employment.
The Bridging the Gap team is dynamic and resourceful, but the number of youth that need our support continues to grow, an average of 500 participants are helped annually. So the support of the community around us is crucial to the success of the program and lives of young people in need.
The youth in the program become homeless due to circumstances beyond their control, our goal is to raise funds to support them with the tools they require to secure long-term and stable housing, while instilling confidence and surrounding them with nurturing care and inspiration.
Please help us make a crucial difference in the lives of these young people, thank you!
