Physical Literacy Movement Preparation is a training program performed as a warm up before practices and games to enhance an athlete's performance and durability. Movement Preparation not only prepares the body for movement, it also improves the way you move, reducing the risk of injury during physical activity and teaches skills necessary for performance often neglected during regular training.

Join us on Saturday, March 3rd to learn more about movement preparation for athletes! For more information and to register for the workshop please visit the following link: http://sportforlife-sportpourlavie.ca/catalog_classroom_detail.php?courseid=5 or contact Emily Guerin at 519-352-7270 ext. 2458.
