From making Reminder Calls for clinic appointments, to providing Directions and Information at the main entrance, spending time at the patient bedside, offering support to families, facilitating group activities, and raising funds that purchase hospital equipment and patient comfort items. Community Event - Cornwall - Move 4 You! Program (2SLGBTQ+ exclusive)

A six-session program that will introduce you to low-impact cardio, strength and flexibility exercises. Held in partnership with Diversity Cornwall, exclusive to the 2SLGBTQ+ community (ages 16 and up). Learn how to enjoy exercise safely, about the Canadian Physical Activity Guidelines, how to monitor your exertion levels and modify exercises to suit your abilities. Held Tuesdays, March 19 to April 23, from 5 to 6 p.m. at Cornwall Square (room 2, across from the Virgin mobile kiosk). Walk-ins are welcome!
