WHEN: Saturday September 24, 2022 10:30am- 3pm
WHAT: A fundraising and awareness event where community members register to participate. On the day of the event, registered teams come together and participate in a 300m group walk to show their support of survivors of domestic violence, and their commitment to the prevention of domestic abuse and gender-based violence. Following the walk, this will be a family friendly day of live music, children’s activities and entertainment, food trucks, and local vendors and social service info tables.
Participation Registration
Participants: There is a registration fee of $25 per individual. A team must have a minimum of 6 people. We encourage a minimum of $100 raised per individual. You will receive an official walk t-shirt, a goodie bag, and free access to all children’s activities that require a wristband.

The Canadian Black Chamber of Commerce has launched their Hamilton-Niagara Chapter and are holding an Auction Fundraiser to assist in serving the black business community. A beautiful painting entitled "Hummingbird" has been donated by local artist Evelyn Bailey of Enlightened Art. Guests will enjoy a four course meal including, antipasti, salad, pasta, entre and dessert, and live entertainment featuring Windsor based band Six Degrees. There will also be a 50/50 raffle and silent auction.
