A free program offered by Twin Bridges NPLC and held on Zoom. These classes are designed to be a slow, gentle stretch that would be suitable for most. Majority of postures are completed from a seated or reclined position. It is recommended to have a mat, block and strap for class.
A program series that explores the various aspects of well-being and provides practical tools and strategies to support one's health and wellness. Sessions include group conversation and resources that are held on Zoom.
