The first Friday of each month Rapids Family Health Team will be offering a Stress Management Workshop. This in-person program is facilitated by a Registered Social Worker to provide tips and tricks on how to effectively manage stress.
Happiness 101 is a course for people who want to be happier. Four week program beginning Tuesday March 22 @ 9:30 AM. Program is run by a Registered Social Worker at Rapids Family Health Team.
