Veterans' Week is a time to remember and honour the brave individuals who served our country in the past, and recognize those who serve in uniform today. Join us as we welcome special guest speaker Lieutenant-Colonel Terry Wong, Tactical Helicopter Pilot with the Royal Canadian Air Force. Currently posted to the Branch Head position for Doctrine Development and Lessons Learned at the RCAF Air Warfare Centre in Trenton, Lt.-Col. Wong brings extensive experience serving across Canada and internationally. Lt.-Col. Wong will speak about Remembrance Day – past, present and future – and help us to understand and pay tribute to Canadian veterans who have served and who continue to serve this country.

In order to maintain physical distancing and gathering restrictions, registration is required and attendance is limited. To register, please email infoserv@bellevillelibrary.ca or call (613) 968-6731 x 2037.

Before entering the Meeting Room, participants must show:

  • Proof of identity that shows your name and date of birth (e.g. Health Card); and
  • Poof of vaccination (your vaccine receipt, demonstrating you are fully vaccinated and the final dose was taken at least 14 days ago).
