A free program offered by Twin Bridges NPLC for those interested in a slow, gentle stretch. Most postures will be completed from a seated or reclined position. It's recommended to have a yoga mat, strap and block.

This is an environmentally friendly race in that no plastic balloons will be released into
the environment. The race is completely virtual and you can track your balloons using
any type of device. It’s been very popular in parts of Europe and the UK, and the
Rotary Club of Sarnia is pleased to be able to bring this balloon fun to Sarnia Lambton.

The launch date is July 24th at 6 pm virtually at the Bluewater Bridge, and the race will
end July 31st at 6 pm.
Notice to water users in the communities of Ridgetown and Highgate - the Public Works Department will be flushing fire hydrants starting Monday, July 19 – Friday, August 13, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday to Friday.
The areas where flushing is taking place could temporarily experience discoloured water. Let your tap run until the water is clear. Please check your tap before starting your washing machine.

DR Snow and volunteers will be doing a food drive in North Bay to help support our North Bay Food Bank!!
For the next four weekends we will be knocking on those doors, so please have those non-perishables ready, unopened, and nothing that expires before September 2021!
Even any unopened personal personal hygiene products (shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, etc…) are accepted as well! Just one can of food can go a long way!
