The event is sure to be a great day for all.

Here in Canada, we are fortunate to have enough vaccines to protect everyone from COVID-19, but other countries are not that fortunate. Our minister, the Reverend Robert Adams is going to get a buzz cut on Sunday, August 1st, 2021 at 11:15 AM at St. John’s Presbyterian Church, 28 Second St. East, and has invited people to donate through Love My Neighbour/Aime tom Prochain Project to help raise funds for UNICEF Canada’s campaign to distribute COVID-19 vaccines quickly and equitably in low- and middle-income countries around the world, giving our whole global family access to life-saving prevention measures. The Government of Canada has decided to match dollar for dollar, donations made by individual Canadians to UNICEF Canada’s COVID-19 vaccination fundraising campaign, up to a maximum of $10 million. This is an incredible opportunity to show Canadian support to those around the world who don’t have the privilege of easy access to vaccinations. Information and link to online donation site can be found at www.stjohnscornwall.ca/unicef
