With the help of NBA All Star Entertainer, Q-Mack, this program will teach your kids the same amazing skills he's showcased for MVP's like LeBron James, Steph Curry, and Kawhi Leonard while highlighting 10-character traits that every youth needs

FLEX YOUR HEAD
This program was developed to help youth think about, talk about, and understand issues of mental health and wellness in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment. In an active, peer-based format, youth are given knowledge, skills, and strategies to cope with stress and distress and promote positive mental health and wellness.
