A life skills program for youth. This amazing youth program will teach your kids the skills they need to succeed in life. With the help of NBA All Star Entertainer, Q-Mack, this program will teach your kids the same amazing skills he's showcased for MVP's like LeBron James, Steph Curry, and Kawhi Leonard while highlighting 10-character traits that every youth needs

FLEX YOUR HEAD

This program was developed to help youth think about, talk about, and understand issues of mental health and wellness in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment. In an active, peer-based format, youth are given knowledge, skills, and strategies to cope with stress and distress and promote positive mental health and wellness.

Landlords want good tenants that pay the rent on time, are good neighbours and take care of the property. RentSmart is an innovative program to support landlords find and keep great tenants.

Friday Fish & Chips dinner. Take Out only.  Pick up at Main Hall door.  Serving from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.
