We are postponing the Wellness Workshops until at least the week of April 5, as part of precautionary measures related to Covid-19. We look forward to announcing the workshop line-up once we can restart this program.
As part of the Seniors Connections pilot project, the NNPCN will present weekly wellness workshops on a variety of topics, geared to seniors and open to everyone. We invite you to join us for healthy snacks, educational programming, and time to socialize. Topics will differ at each location and week-to-week. Details for individual weeks are listed in the Facebook events as well as in our online calendar.

Streethelp is sourcing appropriate take out containers and are asking for donations of “immune boosting foods”, homemade items, fresh fruits and vegetables and
financial help to cover added costs of containers.
Some of the foods required are fresh vegetables and fruit
Homemade stew, hearty soup, baked beans,
Pre-made sandwiches
Peanut butter, jam, packaged cold meats
Bottled juice and water
Granola bars, protein bars,
Easy open tins of canned tuna, meats, fruit
And more volunteers – who can cover shifts on an as needed basis.
