Build a Dream Windsor will take place on November 7 at the Ciociaro Club. Open to students who identify as women (grades 9-12) and their parents/guardians, the career discovery expo provides comprehensive information on job opportunities in skilled trades, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), emergency response, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

The engaging and interactive expo allows students to plan more effectively for their future and includes:

·         An inspiration panel of local, successful women sharing their career experience and offering advice to participants.

·         A networking expo for speaking directly with employers (and female employees) to gain insight into each business or industry.

·         Hands-on activities and fun features like a career photo booth, merchandise, and more!

Build a Dream is growing and now offers FREE career expos across Ontario, providing the tools and resources that students need to help with career planning. We are excited to return to be hosting the 6th annual expo in Windsor in partnership with the Greater Essex County District School Board and the Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board.
