Learn to Grow Together, hosted by The Women’s Sexual Assault Centre is a drop in group for women survivors of sexual violence. Learn coping skills, meet other women, and participate in healing activities. Topics include body image, boundaries, and effects of sexual trauma. Healing activities may include drumming, hiking, painting and meditation.
