The Powerful Tools for Caregivers (PTC) is a free six week workshop for caregivers of adults with chronic conditions.
Caring for a family member or friend with a chronic condition can by physically, emotionally and financially draining. This highly-effective, evidence-based, self-care educational program for family caregivers builds the skills caregivers need to take better care of themselves as they provide care for others. Join us on September 7th and 8th from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Eastside Secondary School for the Sports Club Expo.
From lifelong friendships and crucial life skills to better grades and mental health, sports make a difference to individuals, children, and families. The Sports Club Expo allows individuals to learn about the wide range of sports and activities available to them, talk to organizations, and easily register for programs.
We’ve partnered with incredible businesses and organizations in Belleville and the surrounding areas to make it easy for individuals and families to know about the positive, safe, and supportive spaces in our community. From parkour and dance to curling and gymnastics, there is an activity for everyone!
Everyone is welcome! This event has FREE admission for both days.
