Each weekly session will include a different combination of low impact cardio and strength exercises classes in a group exercise format.
Intermediate level exercises.
Please bring indoor shoes, water & a set of weights.
NOTE: You will be required to bring your own set of light weights for class (2lbs - 5lbs is recommended).
