The annual Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign runs from September 13th to 19th at over 4,300 locations across Canada. 100% of the proceeds go to support local charities and in St. Catharines and Thorold the charities are big Brothers Big Sisters of North and West Niagara and Niagara Children's Centre.
