This beginner level class will include a combination of seated (80%) and standing (20%) exercises to increase strength and improve posture and balance. Suitable for those new to exercise and those just returning back to exercise.

Between 6 - 7pm all ages will enjoy displays and activities from multiple local organizations - from native plants advice, to painting an outdoor bench, to ways to reduce your plastic waste.

Each weekly session will include a progressive combination of cardio and strength exercises in circuit training format.

Featuring the musical gifts of Gwen Butler, Jeff Searson and Larry Pajuk, the choir will sing a program of beautiful, hope-filled music and lead the audience in some singing, too. There is no admission fee, but a freewill offering will be directed toward the work of St. Andrew’s. A reception will follow the performance.
