Report & Proposal for the Downtown Chatham Centre Project
A report will be brought forward on the June 13th 2022 council meeting to discuss the Downtown Chatham Centre. A team of local investors who purchased the property are proposing to turn the area into a new CK Community Hub & Entertainment complex which will house a new City Hall, Library, Museum, Cultural Centre and Entertainment/Sports complex.
