An important day to recognize Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and LGBTQ2S+, Red Dress Day sees dresses hung in windows across the community. 

The Town of Huntsville brought together staff and volunteers this week to clean up the community ahead of summer.

A new bill being proposed by the province of Ontario would see the provincial government having say in who sits at the Chair level of the District of Muskoka. This announcement last week has been met with some staunch criticism from local politicians and officials, with some suggesting this appears to be a play by the province to essentially overstep municipally elected officials on local matters. MPP Graydon Smith speaks to the bill and these concerns.
