Join our local Free Mental Health Support Group, a safe and confidential space to share your experiences, receive support, and connect with others who understand.

When: Every 1st Monday of the month
Time: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Where: 1414 Pelham Street, Fonthill. Ontario L0S 1E0

Our group offers:
