Sarnia’s Zoning By-law Update & New Housing and Commercial Projects
Mayor Mike Bradley provides an update on the Comprehensive Zoning By-law. City staff are drafting a summary of issues raised by speakers at yesterday’s Special meeting to assist Council in advancing the new regulations. The mayor also shared new information regarding future development in Sarnia. Bradley says Developers are currently awaiting the by-law's completion to submit applications for new semi-detached dwellings, apartment buildings, and commercial spaces.
