Normally at this time of the week, we'd do our weekly update with Burlington Mayor Marianne Meed Ward, but the mayor is taking some well deserved time off, and thus earlier today i chatted with ward one councillor and acting deputy mayor Kelvin Galbraith. We started the conversation chatting about Burlington being anointed a "tree city of the world" for the third year in a row, and i asked Kelvin why the city continues to strive for this designation.
