After a three year absence, the Rotary Club of Niagara-On-The-Lake was back with their popular Icewine Cocktail Party fundraiser. Showcasing Niagara restaurants, wineries and breweries, this year's event raised funds for Red Roof Retreat and Rotary's international projects. The Source's Andrew Perrie was there and files this report.
