Caring for Port Cares
Port Cares is holding another 50/50 Draw just in time for the Holidays. Tickets are once again five for $10, 20 for $20 or 100 for $40 with a chance to actually win 13 times. Like last year, there’ll be early bird draws every day from December 12 – 23 for the 12 Days of Giveaways. Each prize is worth $100 or more. All draws take place at 2:00pm. World's Largest Caesar Bar
Culinary Mixologist Jeremy Parsons has created the World's Largest Caesar Bar in Lincoln, Ontario. The 2-day festival features 180 different ingredients for guests to try in their personal mix. Katie Jones files this report.
Niagara Falls Christmas Market
The Niagara Falls Market anticipates up to 50 vendors throughout the Market, whose niche includes handmade goods. Vendors will operate out of Christmas cabins that will be lit up and decorated on the street. Aside from shopping, the market anticipates over 30 light displays, perfect for Instagrammable moments – including light up swings, a teeter-totter, presents, ornaments, candy canes, nutcrackers, animals, and string lights which will zig-zag all down the street. There will also be a moose, Santa's sleigh, and live music choirs.
Niagara Parks Unveils This Year’s Annual Poinsettia Show at the Floral Showhouse
A timeless holiday tradition, the Annual Poinsettia Show, featuring breathtaking arrangements of poinsettias, cyclamen, caladiums and orchids, will open to the public on November 20 and run through to January 9, 2022, at the Niagara Parks Floral Showhouse.

Mike speaks with Betty-Lou Souter about the 2021 Great Holiday Food Drive. The Great Holiday Food Drive is an annual tradition where community comes together to support Community Care of St. Catharines & Thorold. This year we will continue the “express” model, meaning donations will be collected in a drive thru loop outside Market Square (91 King St) in St. Catharines as well as at various drop off locations throughout St. Catharines & Thorold.
