This summer join Women's place of South Niagara for a curbside "Mystery Box Book Sale." The sale will take place Sundays from July 11th - August 29th (except August 1st) at Apple Self Storage on Kent Avenue from 10am until 4pm.

Rebecca Raby, a Professor in the Department of Child and Youth Studies at Brock University joins Mike Balsom on Zoom. The rising body count of Indigenous children as the investigation into residential schools continues has shed light on the treatment of all children under professional care. Rebecca talks about the about inequality and injustice.

In 2020, the Niagara Falls Community Outreach Soup Kitchen served close to 54,000 meals out of their location on St. Lawrence Avenue. This month they are running four food drives across the city to help stock their shelves. We welcome Bonnie Brady to The Source.

Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls was one of the first attractions to close when COVID hit, and will be one of the last to reopen. Our very own Mike Balsom has officially retired from teaching at Laura Secord Secondary School at the District School Board of Niagara in St. Catharines. Friends and family sent in some funny clips to send off Mike in style!! Good news though, you can still see his face on YourTV Niagara...and some buses here and there. Congratulations Mike. You deserve it!
