Please join us Monday mornings in the foyer at Cephas CRC  from 9:30  to 11:30 a.m. for FREE coffee, tea and baked items as well as an opportunity for laughter and friendship in a comfy coffee shop atmosphere. Come alone or bring a friend. Our last two cafes of the season are Monday, May 12 and Monday, May 26.

In a world where addiction and mental health challenges touch so many lives, coming together as a community is more important than ever. Gamiing Nature Centre is proud to host our annual Summer Solstice Festival, a day dedicated to recovery, mental health awareness, and the power of connection.

This vibrant festival offers a supportive space for individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health issues. It's a chance to celebrate healing, foster unity, and ignite hope for a brighter future.

We're also inviting organizations, groups, and individuals dedicated to addiction services, recovery support, and mental health care to showcase their valuable resources at the festival. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community and offer vital support.
