The City of Quinte West is hiring temporary, paid workers for the 2022 Municipal Election. Election officials will assist with voter help centres in Quinte West between Oct. 11 and Oct. 24, 2022.  The City is seeking applicants who are personable and detail-oriented with strong literacy, math and analytical skills. Eligible applicants must be 16 years of age or older, a Canadian citizen and reside in Ontario. Election workers must participate in mandatory training and are required to work from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on advance voting days, Oct. 11, 12, 15, 18 and 22, and on Election Day, Oct. 24, 2022. Applications are available online and in person at City Hall, 7 Creswell Dr., and the Frankford Municipal Office, 22 Trent St. North. For more information, visit quintewestvotes.ca

Election officials will staff a Voter Assistance Centre on various dates in September and October. All successful applicants must attend a mandatory training session.  Please note that the City will only be accepting online applications.
