A documentary film presented by Don Gray about the Barnardo Home Children abandoned and orphaned youngsters swept up fro the slums of Britain and Scotland. Shipped by sea and rail to the colony of Canada to work on farms and homes. This film is Saturday, November 30, 2019, from 7-9 at Grace United Church 581 Howden Street Peterborough.

The Salvation Army in Brockville is gearing up for its annual Christmas Kettle Campaign! Would you like to help give hope to your community this Christmas Season? The campaign will run from November 15th until December 24th. Watch for the Christmas kettles in local stores! They are also looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to ring the bells and fill their Christmas Kettle schedule. With 8 kettle locations throughout Brockville and Prescott there are lots of shifts to fill!
