Community Event - Ottawa Valley - Grief Share Program at St. John's Lutheran Church

We at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Pembroke are offering our free Grief Share Program again this year to all the members of our community who have suffered a loss and are dealing with grief in their lives.

Grieving the loss of a loved one can be devastating; it can leave a big “hole” in one’s heart and life; it can leave one not knowing what to do next or how to move forward.  We encourage people to try our Grief Share program starting Sept 9 at 1:30 pm.

The program consists of 13 weekly sessions and attendance can begin, or end, at any point in the program.  If you are grieving the loss of someone you loved – whether it be recent or from many years ago –  or if you were a participant in last year’s program and would like to participate again, do consider attending our Grief Share program, and allow it to help you in your own journey from mourning  to joy.

Call the church office at 613-735-6332 or contact June Carmody at 613-732-2195 (carmody.june@gmail.com) for more information.
