The Art Auction for the Arts & Culture Centre of Cornwall will take place on Friday June 7th at 7 p.m. at the BMO building 159 Pitt St. Cornwall. A variety of paintings will be auctioned. For further information: 613-933-8353.
Louis W. Bray Construction Limited has been retained by the Ministry of Transportation to perform construction work on the Highway 401 / Flagg Road underpass and Highway 401 / County Road 31 underpass, under MTO contract number 2018-4023. The first stage of work will continue until November 29, 2019. The Flagg Road bridge was removed the weekend of May 10th, 2019. The next step is to remove the County Road 31 bridge. On June 9th from 5:30 - 8pm, Grade 11 & 12 girls are invited to join Mayor Bernadette Clement for supper at the Agora Catholic Centre and hear her story. She will talk about her experiences in the post secondary world, including her choices, decisions and moves. This is a chance to dress up, hang out with your friends and enjoy a meal with our first female Mayor. Only 50 seats available.
On June 2nd at 3:30pm, join us for an afternoon of fun, prayer, games & supper at the Salesian Sister House beside Nativity Church. Open to all youth ages 13 years old to University age. The afternoon of music, prayers, games & fun, we will have a free pizza supper. At 6:30pm, we will enter Nativity Church and parents and family are welcome to join us there.
The Fort Erie LaFrance Association will be hosting an Open House and BBQ on Saturday June 8th from 10:00 to 4:00.
