IN PERSON- Better Balance
This class offers exercises, stretches and strengthening techniques to improve balance, focus and awareness of your body in space. Line Dancing at the Bloomfield Town Hall

Join Colette and Charlie for a glimpse into line dancing. Dancers move in unison and do not come into physical contact with one another during the dance. Anyone can join a line dance just by knowing a few simple steps. Thursdays from 1-2 pm beginning September 11. $60 for Active Living Program members. Minds in Motion

Join the  free 8-week series at the County Seniors’ Centre Mondays 9:30 am to 11:30am from September 8 to October 27. Minds in Motion® is a community-based program designed for individuals living with early to mid-stage Alzheimer disease or other forms of dementia, together with their care partners. The program combines gentle physical activity with engaging mental and social stimulation in a positive, supportive setting. In Person Chair Yoga

Community Event - Peterborough/Lindsay - Rock'n with the Aces of Harmony (and Friends)

Aces of Harmony's annual concert is set for Saturday, October 4th at 2pm, featuring unique arrangements of music from the 1950's and '60's, from the UK to the beaches of California.  There will be different repertoire and a few twists in this concert right from the first note.  Among the performers aside from the chorus are humorous barbershop quartets including Couple's Therapy and a women's foursome called Ms4tune.  

The location - Cephas Church at 220 Goodfellow Road across from Jack McGee car dealership. You are correct - same as last time you were there.

Join us for Rolling for a Cause: Bowling for the Boilers, a high-energy, community-driven bowling fundraiser in support of The Downtown Mission’s Heating Fund. Our goal? Raise $65,000 to purchase two urgently needed boilers that will keep the Mission’s doors open and its programs running through the cold winter months.

Without heat, the Mission faces closure—leaving many without shelter, food, or vital services. Let’s strike out the cold together!

Literacy Lambton's FREE eight-week Train Your Brain evening program helps grades three and four students build math & reading muscle and gain tools for greater learning confidence. 

The Fall session is offered at three sites:

Wednesdays nights- October 8- November 26

  • Sarnia- Lochiel Kiwanis Community Centre (LKCC Meeting Room), 180 College Ave. N Sarnia - 6-7:30pm
  • Corunna- Corunna Legion Branch (350 Albert St. Corunna)- 6-7:30pm
