Join Sarah, owner of The Cheese Bar, at The Art Gallery of Windsor and learn how to create a Charcuterie & Cheese platter on your very own board that is sure to dazzle!

During this two hour class you’ll discover unique flavours and textures of artisanal Ontario cheeses, explore how to mix and match to create the perfect array, learn practical cutting methods, and get tips for arranging them on your board. A step-by-step demonstration will guide you through the process and give you the skills you need to turn any cheese into a work of art. Plus - you get to take home your cheese display on your very own board!

Very limited space available. Purchase early to avoid disappointment.

Enjoy exclusive access to the Art Gallery before the workshop along with river views and a glass of wine from the balcony during the workshop.

The Art Gallery of Windsor is a not-for-profit art institute in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Established in 1943, the gallery has a mandate as a public art space to show significant works of art by local, regional, and national artists.

Doors will open at 5:00pm to enjoy the galleries. Access to the workshop will open at 6:30pm sharp. Be sure to come early to enjoy what the galleries current exhibits have to offer. Become inspired as you await your opportunity to create your very own platter. Be sure to arrive on time so we can collectively delve in to the creative and fun world of cheese platter making in promptly at 6:30pm.

Please bring your own 8x10 board and knives - one paring and one regular. We will not have knives for you to use.
