On Saturday, June 15th, North Bay & Area will be coming together to make a difference in the effort to fight against muscular dystrophy. The community will be supporting thousands of people who are living with a neuromuscular disorder in Canada at the annual Walk for Muscular Dystrophy.
The fun will be taking place on Saturday, June 15th at Lee Park in North Bay. Participant registration begins at 10:00 am and the walk, wheel and roll will begin at 11:00 am.

Join us for our 6th annual Touch-A-Truck fundraiser this Sunday, May 26!
Big shiny trucks of all shapes and sizes will be on-site for families to explore, climb-in and touch! A great day for parents and kids in our community to come out and enjoy the museum together.
We'll be at the Canadian Canoe Museum parking lot from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm (1:00 – 2:00 pm will be horn and siren-free for those with sensitive ears).
The cost is $5 per person (2 years of age and older) and includes admission to the museum.
All proceeds go to support the initiatives of The Canadian Canoe Museum.

The largest volunteer-led fundraiser for ALS Societies across Canada, the Walk to End ALS is a fun, family-friendly way to celebrate hope for a future without ALS, honour those we have loved and lost, and show support for the 3,000 Canadians and their families living with the disease. Your fundraising efforts and generous donations support the best ALS research in the country and enable ALS Societies to provide community-based support to people and families living with the disease.
Walk (or roll!) with us in Kingston on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Confederation Basin (across from City Hall) for 5 km or a distance of your choosing.
