CK Animal Rescue NEED some committed foster families to take in seniors, bonded pairs and bigger dogs. If you are not afraid to help with scared dogs, they need YOU! If you have patience to teach a dog to trust again, they need YOU! If you would enjoy seeing the smallest improvement with a dog who was used to breed puppies over and over and only knew life in a cage, they need YOU! So many situations, so much need for help!
They currently have a 16 month old JRT in need of a foster home and two bonded seniors (Yorkie mix and Maltese) who require foster homes.
Say yes to fostering and help change some lives this year for the better!
Foster apps are on their webpage, can be submitted online -

On Saturday, February 23, YMCAs across Niagara will welcome people of all ages as
they get fit, have fun and raise funds at the annual YMCA Move for Kids event. All funds raised
help children and families facing financial barriers access YMCA programs such as swimming
lessons, physical literacy programs and YMCA day camp.
Our goal is to support more than 500 children by raising more than $75,000.
More than 700+ participants are expected across the region to spin, walk, swim or run to
support our local kids. Participants can register or donate at www.moveforkids.ca. This year’s
participants are encouraged to dress as their favourite superhero and be an everyday superhero
by supporting local kids.
