The County Chamber Choir, directed by Michael Goodwin, was formed in 2018 and specializes in the performance of unaccompanied music by renaissance, baroque and modern composers. This concert will feature a work by the American composer Randall Thompson which consists of a choral setting of seven poems by the American poet Robert Frost. There will also be several English and French madrigals from the renaissance period. Tickets $20, students $5, at the door. All proceeds from this concert will be donated to the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation.

On May 29, 2019, the 68 Lincoln and Welland Regiment Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps will be holding their Annual Cadet Review at the Lake Street Armoury. Reviewing Officer CD Chris Canavan will be inspecting the cadets. All are welcome to attend.
