Beer and yoga?? What??? I know, I know some of you will be shaking your heads in disapproval. Others will be doing a high five saying "right on!". Yoga is about uniting - in this case we are uniting our community in an innovative and fun way. It is a way for us to break from our habitual patterns, try something new and give back to the community.

Your $40 ticket price includes:
$10 Donation per person to Outreach for Hunger
A back scene tour of the brewery
1 hour yoga with Cheryl with a pint
A another flight of beer/PINT of your choice after practice
A vegan or meat appetizer after practice
