To provide a positive, welcoming venue where people who have hoarding issues can speak freely and openly, and learn new skills to help themselves cope. The group meets on the second Wednesday of each month.

This class integrates movement from ballet, jazz, tap and contemporary dance techniques to stretch and strengthen the body, improve posture and balance and engage the
mind. Thinking like a dancer helps participants regain physical confidence in their own bodies. Classes are taught by experienced dance educators/dance artists. This class is also suitable for those living with MS, A.B.I and Stroke. Caregivers are encouraged to attend.

Calling all gents who enjoy being in the kitchen! This class is open to any man who has participated in the ‘Men’s Cooking Club’ before or who enjoys food and is looking to increase their cooking skills and confidence. Participants may sign up for either group A or group B, as both groups will cook the same meals. These classes are hands on and we always enjoy the delicious food together. $5 per class.

This group meets once a month and creates three main dishes, one soup or one salad to take away. We assign tasks and duties as a group. Please bring your own containers suitable for freezing and reheating. This is a hands on workshop. Food Costs $8 per session.
