Beer and yoga?? What??? I know, I know some of you will be shaking your heads in disapproval. Others will be doing a high five saying "right on!". Yoga is about uniting - in this case we are uniting our community in an innovative and fun way. It is a way for us to break from our habitual patterns, try something new and give back to the community.

Your $40 ticket price includes:
$10 Donation per person to Outreach for Hunger
A back scene tour of the brewery
1 hour yoga with Cheryl with a pint
A another flight of beer/PINT of your choice after practice
A vegan or meat appetizer after practice

So, bring a mat, grab a friend and join us for Hoppy Hour Yoga as we Bend with Beer.

Room for 20. Prepayment required. Sorry no refunds but you can send an alternate in your place.

Must be 19 or older. Please drink responsibly.

Friday, January 25th, 6 - 9:30PM.  $30.00 for two Scottish themed crafts in honour of Robbie Burns day.  We will make a watercolour painting of a dragonfly on a thistle and a tartan greeting card.  All supplies included as well as refreshments.
