Community Event - Windsor/Leamington - Good People Unity Gala
The gala is an opportunity for all good people from all ethnic groups, religious backgrounds, organizations, unions and the entire spectrum of movements for social and economic justice to commemorate the 400th Year Anniversary of the first documented enslaved Africans to arrived in North America as well as to show support and take a stand against racism and intolerance.
Good People rose up to defeat the South, Good People rose up to help enslaved people fleeing tyranny, and we are asking Good People to on February 23rd, 2019 rise up and join us at the Good People Unity Gala to help raise awareness and show their support for the fight against Racism and Intolerance.

We are a nonprofit organization, that grew out of group of concerned citizens called “Ten Good People”.
We organized the Wear a Black Ribbon during Black History Month and the Good People United against Racism Rallies, in order to promote solidarity, increase awareness, celebrate racial and ethnocultural diversity, and address issues of racism and intolerance.
We are a Diverse Group of Good People!

On April 10, 2019 at 6:30pm, a demonstration and explanation of the Taoist Tai Chi art will be presented to the attendees followed by a question and answer period. Thereafter, the assistance will be invited to register and join us for the first lesson. Come and join us at the St Andrew's Anglican Church in Corunna.

Come and join us for a free concert! Gate 47, a contemporary Christian music band, will be performing at St. John’s Lutheran Church (357 Miller St. Pembroke) on Friday, February 15 at 7pm. Free admission and refreshments served after concert! Good will offering will go to support The Grind in Pembroke.
