If you're living Kingston and have a new film under 30 minutes, we want to see it! We're now accepting submissions to our Local Shorts category for the upcoming Fest running February 28-March 3, 2019. 

Submit for free online! You could also win cash and prizes thanks to our sponsor, Steam Whistle.

Join us on Thursday, November 1st for a delicious and casual Pasta Supper.  4:00pm to 7:00pm at Holy Rosary Hall, 35 Queen St. South, Thorold.  Choose Pasta with either tomato or 'white' sauce, meatballs/sausage, salad, rolls. Eat-in or Take-out.  Coffee/tea included with eating in. $12.00/adult. Catered by Antipasto's di Roma.  All proceeds to Holy Rosary Church.

If you’ve ever wanted to write your memoir but didn’t know where to begin, the Belleville Public Library will be sponsoring a five part Writing Your Life Stories workshop on all five Thursdays in November. This workshop, led by Linda Bond, is designed to boost your confidence and refine the skills needed to produce your best writing. It will provide an overview of personal experiences, effective writing tips, and valuable resources. Dates are Nov. 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 from 10 am to 12:30 pm.

Wear your most spook-tacular skate-safe Halloween costume or Halloween colors and join us for a fun Halloween themed Public Skate. All participants will recieve a free treat bag as well as have the opportunity to take part in other fun activities.
