Community Event - Peterborough/Lindsay - Peripheral Neuropathy Support Group Meeting

The Peripheral Neuropathy Support Group will be meeting on Monday, November 19th at 5:30 pm in the the Banting Legacy Hall in the lower level of Westmount Pharmacy at Clonsilla Avenue and Charlotte Street in Peterborough. Please park in the rear parking lot of the pharmacy or in the one accessed directly from the street at the side.  The door is kept locked so ring the bell if there's nobody at the door when you arrive.

 

The group provides a forum for discussion about living with peripheral neuropathy and where and how to seek professional assistance.  It is open to anyone who has this condition or who has a loved one or associate who has.

Community Event - Kingston - Free Talks on Formalizing Common-Law Relationships

Family law expert Paul G. Andrews offers two presentations on Formalizing Common-Law Relationships, discussing the rights and obligations of co-habiting partners, as distinct from those of married couples.  Two identical talks will be given: on Tuesday, November 13, at the Isabel Turner library (7 p.m.); and on Saturday, November 17, at the Sydenham library (2 p.m.).
