The City of Windsor is conducting a study to review the existing roadway elements along the University Avenue and Victoria Avenue corridors and consider opportunities within the right-of-way to provide a pleasant experience for all roadway users. The study corridors include University Avenue West/East between Huron Church Road and McDougall Street and Victoria Avenue from Chatham Street West to Park Street West. The solution being sought is context specific as the right-of-way varies along the 3.5 km stretch of the corridors under study.
