This exhibit, on loan from the Canadian Museum of Nature, explores Canada's unique rivers, lakes, oceans and wetlands and the environmental challenges facing these ecosystems today. Visitors have the opportunity to learn about the fascinating animals and wildlife that depend on these waterways for survival.
This highly interactive and education exhibit is great for the whole family and features wildlife specimens, mini ecosystems models, interpretive panels, hands on components, and interactive activities. Canada's Waterscapes - Yours to Enjoy, Explore and Protect will be on display at the Chimczuk Museum until December 31.
Canada's Waterscapes - Yours to Enjoy, Explore and Protect was produced by the Canadian Museum of Nature in partnership with Parks Canada, The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada, RBC and the Canadian Water Network, with support from Canadian Geographic

Radon is fast becoming an important issue to Canadians and for good reason. According to Health Canada, exposure to radon gas is the greatest cause of lung cancer in non-smokers. Radon can become concentrated inside buildings and the only way to know how much there is to test for it. Whether you are managing a single building or a portfolio of 1,000’s of buildings, this seminar is intended to provide a roadmap on how to test for radon and if the levels are high, how to lower them. Information on how to prioritize testing in a large portfolio of buildings is also discussed.
Please Join Pinchin's National Practice Lead for a Complimentary Breakfast session and Discussion of How to Manage Radon in your Buildings at the Windsor Construction Association Board Room October 16th form 8:30 to 10:30am
