Fri Oct 12: Da Vinci to Galileo-Italy's Inquiring Minds and Inquisitions, 15-17th centuries. Hear heavenly music and astonishing readings from the world of Italy's most inspired, courageous and controversial minds, from the late Renaissance to the early Baroque. Hear sacred music and secular songs that would have been  familiar to the great minds of 1450-1650. Melos choir, soli and period instruments perform music of Palestrina, Vincenzo Galilei, Andrea Gabrieli and others. This concert is inspired by the PumpHouse Exhibition "Leonardo da Vinci: Relentless Curiosity". Friday October 12, 2018, 7:30 pm, in St George's Cathedral. Art Under Glass a Free Admission Art Show and Sale is happening at DeGroot's Nurseries, 1840 London Line in Sarnia Saturday September 29th 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Sunday September 30th Noon - 4:00 pm. A wonderful Juried Art Show featuring  Paintings, Photography, Pottery, Wood Turnings, Jewellery, Textiles and Sculpture. Harmony for Youth will be holding a Barbeque and Silent Auction during the show.
