The Grimsby Historical Society invites you to explore the remarkable interiors of six heritage houses, all timeless treasures of Grimsby.   The tour will provide insight into what Grimsby looked like over two-hundred years ago and how architectural styles evolved over time as the community blossomed into what it is today.

• a modern home that transports you to the Victorian Age as you step inside

New this year -  a complimentary "hop-on/hop-off" shuttle is available!  Park at the Carnegie Building at 25 Adelaide or St Andrew's Church Parish Hall at 7 St. Andrew's Avenue to catch the shuttle.

The writings of our local authors include family stories, mysteries, historical themes, local settings, health themes, memoirs and humour.  Learn more about our local talent and the stories they have to tell. 

We are pleased to feature the following authors – Kevin Frank, Ron Houlihan, Jean Jones, Shirley McCormick, Connie Neill, Janet Stobie, J. Stephen Thompson, Sara Walker-Howe, Ruth Waring, Tanya Willis, and Virginia Winters.

Each author will have an opportunity to talk about their work and following the presentations everyone is invited to talk to the authors, ask questions and enjoy light refreshments.

Award-winning Welsh choir will perform on April 28th at 8 p.m. at The Spire (Sydenham Street United Church), as part of the Ontario Welsh Festival being held in Kingston. Tickets $25 at the door.
