difficult for reasons of grief and loss or anything that makes it hard.

Flutter into a Butterfly Event

Hospice Huntsville along with the local library branches and the Huntsville High School bring to you “The Butterfly Project” A Tribute to Children's Grief Awareness Day & National Grief & Bereavement Day

All ages are invited to colour/craft a beautiful Remembrance Butterfly.

A beautiful kaleidoscope butterfly display will be showcased at each venue. Butterflies will flutter over to Hospice Huntsville/Algonquin Grace in the new year, to honour & cherish our loved ones.

There will be Hospice volunteer/staff on hand to provide support and guidance. Local support information, specific library books on grief and bereavement and a small take away gift for all participants.

All Grade 8 students and their parents/guardians are invited to Assumption's OPEN HOUSE on Wednesday, November 27th to experience the difference!!

There will be an International Baccalaureate Programme presentation at 6:00 pm in the Auditorium.

Following this, there will be a General Welcome at 6:30 pm in the Gymnasium

The event will feature an information sessions about our Grade 9 programs, including the IB Programme, in its 20th year, and the opportunity to tour our school highlighting the many learning experiences available within our various departments.

We are excited to greet and meet all of you!!

Comfort and Joy

A sing along concert of traditional carols and more! Friday, December 13th at 7:00 p.m. at Trinity. $20 in advance or $25 at door. Purchase your ticket before and after the morning service or from the Office. They also can be purchased on line at www.ticketsplease.ca

Come join Tripoly and the Grenville Troubadours in a delightful evening of traditional carols from the British Isles and beyond. Well known for their popular sing-along shows, the Troubadours have collected a wonderful collection of songs, many of which will be familiar but one or two which may be new to you. Never fear though, as the words will be provided and the audience invited to lend their voices to the evening’s festivities!

As well as music, the Troubadours will call upon their musical theatre backgrounds and perform some dramatic readings suitable for the season. We welcome you to be part of a truly joyful Christmas experience! Friday December 13th at Trinity United Church in Smiths Falls.
