Exclusive behind the scenes experience to see first-hand the dedication of Ontario grape growers and how they grow quality grapes for VQA wine production.  The Kick the Dirt journey begins with a narrated motor coach ride with a grape grower sharing stories from the people behind Ontario's wine. It includes a visit to 2 vineyards with picturesque views of the Niagara Escarpment and Lake Ontario. Meet the passionate grape growers who tend the grapes, the winemakers who craft the wine and taste the Chardonnay made from the grapes grown right there in the vineyard.   This is a brand new event offered by the Grape Growers of Ontario as part of the International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration weekend.   Saturday, July 21, 2018 beginning at 12:30 p.m.  Tickets must be purchased in advance.
